Watery Wednesday #11 Sepia Scenes Wednesday #16

Shots from a high spring runoff on the Spokane River a couple of years ago. Reverting them to sepia makes me feel the way the river may have looked many years ago.

Check out more Watery Wildness and Sepia Super Shots here.

That's some powerful water running! The sepia tone does give it an old fashioned feel to it.

Amazing pictures of the raging waters!!

It sure does look dramatic, is it flooding over or just rushing?

The river looks powerful.

The sepia makes the rushing currents much more impressive. Without the blue sky or green riverbanks cannot distract us from the water. We more easily see the force of this waterway...

the sepia really accents the white, roiling water and the shapes of the clouds in the sky. nicely done. If you want to wander down my road I’m home.

Beautiful pics in sepia. They look kind of old.

So beautiful. The sepia definitely adds depth to the mist and the rapids. Very pretty shots!
