Sepia Scenes Wednesday #6

This is a corner of my backyard with my weeping pussywillow tree, an iron bed frame, and a large piece of driftwood we carted home from one of our vacations. See, I told you my husband was nutty about driftwood. Actually I wanted this one because I knew exactly where I would put it. To see more Sepias, go here.

Nice sepia scene. It has the look of a really old photo. I like what you did with the driftwood and bed frame.

I think I'm nutty about driftwood too but I'm just not into carting them home.

Makes a great still life! Works sO well with sepia too...

You're right, it's a great piece of driftwood, but I can't believe you carted it back - it's huge!

You have a fascinating backyard, I'd love to sit out there and chat with you over an ice cold drink.

This shot probably works much better in monochrome than it would in color because there's so much going on here. Nice toning, not too "sweet" (my word for the really warm, almost caramel variant of sepia).

Very unusual. Quite fun in sepia.
