Macro Monday #1

My first Macro entry! I'm almost embarrassed to say that I didn't even know my camera had a macro setting until recently. And so now I've been busy trying to macro everything I see ;-) We had just received about an inch of new snow and these are long grasses that we grow in our backyard. I liked how the one leaf was bent due to the weight of the snow. To see more Macros, visit Lisa.

When I started with photography 2 years ago, I didn't even know what macro was, lol ! Since I discovered it I love it !
Your picture is "cool" in all senses !

Don't feel embarrassed. I discovered the macro function on my camera last year, after I'd had the camera for a few months. When you first get a camera there;s so much to learn!

Very cool! You will now become addicted to macro photography.

I took a photo vary similar to this after one of our last snows.

This is a very interesting shot. I'm not sure i would know what it was, if you hadn't told us. But it's beautiful, nonetheless!

That's beautiful! Great job for someone who didn't realize they even had a macro setting. :) Are you hooked now?

I like this and I'm laughing at how much you sound like me when I first learned my camera had a macro setting. :-)
